God the Father (Jehovah) is the author of the most widely sold literary work of all time. It is a book of Truth. It was written by the Holy Creator of the Universe - the One God - the Great I Am. While it is important to read the Bible, it is more important to study the Bible. It is through biblical study that we gain strength, comfort, wisdom, understanding, patience, eternal peace, and - most importantly - a profound relationship with God and His Son, Jesus Christ.
Below are a few Bible verses that can help you. I hope you enjoy!
John 3:16-17: For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.
Philippians 2:3-4: Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.
Philippians 4:6-7: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpoasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
James 2:12-13: Speak and act as those who are going to be judged by the law that gives freedom, because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgment!
Proverbs 3:5-6: Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.
Isaiah 41:10: So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
